Clear2Fund
Clear2Fund significantly speeds up the disbursement process after a home closing. Clear2Fund allows the Settlement Agent to quickly and easily submit a request to the Lender to review the disbursement information on an order. Upon submission from the Settlement agent an email is sent to the Lender’s email address requesting approval of the funding data. The Lender is able to approve or reject the current disbursements using the Clear2Fund application on Pavaso. Clear2Fund will record all actions between the parties and upon final approval. Once finalized, a PDF report will be generated that captures the disbursement details and approval information for historical purposes.
